Private Dinner, followed by our Tango & Folk Show

Option 1, Private Dinner at the Quincho (San Telmo Rooftop) + Gala Tango Show. 

The proposal includes an exclusive private dinner for the group with our Gala 3‑course a la carte menu, featuring options suitable for vegetarians, vegans, and celiacs. Guests are invited to enjoy a refined dining experience by choosing one starter from options such as beef carpaccio, salmon trout carpaccio, traditional Argentine choripán, empanadas, seasonal or caprese salad, and butternut squash soup; one main course from chef’s recommendations including grilled beef strip loin, breaded cutlets, Patagonian pork shoulder, chicken parmesan, catch of the day, or fresh pastas with vegetarian and vegan alternatives; and one dessert from a tempting selection featuring semifreddo, flan with dulce de leche, poached pears in Torrontés wine, ice cream with red berries, dulce de leche crêpes, or vegan chocolate cake—ensuring a complete three‑course meal tailored to every taste.

Drinks included during dinner:

  • 1 bottle of Sottano Winery house wine for every 2 guests, Beer, Coca‑Cola soft drinks, Unlimited still or sparkling water

After dinner, guests will enjoy our exclusive Gala Tango Show, one of Buenos Aires’ most outstanding  experiences. The performance combines a grand live orchestra, singers, top‑level dancers, and an elegant staging that captures the history and passion of Argentine tango.

Option 2, Traditional Asado (BBQ) at the Quincho + Gala Tango Show

For those who wish to experience Argentina to the fullest, this is our most recommended proposal.

Reception on the rooftop with drinks and appetizers

  • Beef empanadas, Gazpacho, Corn bread and provoleta (Grilled provolone cheese)

Then we move to the table

  • Pork sausage, Beef sweetbreads, Pork flank steak, Beef flank, Center‑cut ribs

Side dishes

  • Sourdough bread, breadsticks, corn bread, and dark seed & nut bread, Garden salad, Russian salad, Roasted potatoes with herbs, Garlic peppers, Criolla sauce, chimichurri, hot pepper sauce, and Provençal
